Interpreter Confidentiality Agreement

As an interpreter working with LifeBridge Support, I agree to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA privacy standards.

Additionally, I agree that while executing assignments on behalf of LifeBridge Support, LLC, I represent the company exclusively. I will only work for this company when I am performing services under a LifeBridge Support booking, and I will not represent any other agency, solicit private business, or perform independent services directly for LifeBridge Support clients during these assignments.
